After each cleaning, clients rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars. This feedback helps Cleopatra track performance, reward top-rated CleoCrew members, and maintain trust with clients.
What Happens if Your Rating Drops
If your average rating falls below 4.2, your account may be reviewed for deactivation. This means:
You may temporarily stop receiving new job offers
Cleopatra support will review recent feedback and client comments
If poor performance is confirmed, your account may be permanently removed from the platform
