Cancellation Policy

We get it. Things come up. If you need to cancel your cleaning, we keep it simple and fair.

1. Cancellation Window

You can cancel your cleaning anytime up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking, a fee applies based on timing:

  • 24 to 8 hours before: The CleoCrew member receives $20, and you’re refunded the rest.

  • 8 to 3 hours before: The CleoCrew member receives half of the total booking amount, and you’re refunded the rest.

  • Less than 3 hours before: The CleoCrew member receives the full payment, and no refund is issued.

If a cleaning is already marked In Progress, it can’t be canceled.

Cleopatra keeps none of these fees. All amounts go directly to the CleoCrew member to fairly compensate them for holding the time slot.

2. Bookings Paid with Rewards

If you used rewards for your booking, any refund will be returned to your rewards balance. The same cancellation rules apply, and any amount owed to the CleoCrew member will still be deducted accordingly.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel directly in the Cleopatra app under My Bookings. Tap your appointment, choose Cancel, and confirm.
