What to Do If No CleoCrew Member Has Accepted Your Booking

If your booking hasn’t been accepted yet, it doesn’t mean it’s canceled, it just means no CleoCrew member has claimed it yet.

Why This Happens

Sometimes all nearby CleoCrew members are booked or still reviewing new requests. Most bookings are accepted shortly before the scheduled time.


What You Should Do

Message support through the app.
We can:

  • Alert nearby CleoCrew members

  • Prioritize your request

  • Suggest the soonest available time

Don’t Cancel Right Away

If you still want your cleaning, do not cancel. Canceling removes your request from the system and resets your place in line.


Key Reminder

  • Your booking is still active

  • A CleoCrew member may accept it soon

  • Support can assist if timing is urgent
