Castile soap for floors, counters, and bathrooms
When to Use Eco-Friendly Products
Client Request: If a client asks for eco-friendly cleaning, confirm they’ll provide the products. CleoCrew members aren’t required to bring them.
Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns: Some clients may have sensitivities to stronger chemicals.
Delicate Surfaces: Milder cleaners work best on untreated wood, natural stone, or antique finishes.
Using Standard Cleaning Products
CleoCrew members are free to use their preferred commercial products. When using stronger cleaners:
Keep the space ventilated
Never mix chemicals unless the label says it’s safe
Follow all manufacturer instructions
Wear gloves when handling strong disinfectants
Talking with Clients About Eco-Friendly Cleaning
If a client mentions eco-friendly cleaning:
Let them know Cleopatra doesn’t require specific products
Remind them they’ll need to provide the eco-friendly cleaners
Confirm what areas or surfaces the products should be used on
