Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors)
Kitchen cleaning (countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors)
Emptying trash bins
Light tidying up
Expectations:
Focus on general upkeep and maintaining cleanliness. Sanitize high-touch areas like door handles and light switches. Work efficiently while maintaining quality.
2. Deep Cleaning
What It Includes (in addition to Standard Cleaning):
Cleaning inside appliances (microwave, fridge, oven upon request)
Scrubbing grout, baseboards, and walls as needed
Moving furniture (if possible) to clean underneath
Extra focus on neglected areas or heavy buildup
Expectations:
Pay close attention to detail and hard-to-reach areas. Use the right methods for deep stains and buildup. Let the client know if more time or effort is required.
3. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
What It Includes:
Everything from Standard and Deep Cleaning
Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
Removing leftover debris or trash (within reason)
Making sure the space is ready for the next occupant
Expectations:
Be thorough and detail-oriented. Check all interior spaces like cabinets and drawers. Report any major damage or issues found during the job.
4. Post-Construction Cleaning
What It Includes:
Removing dust from all surfaces (walls, ceilings, vents)
Cleaning windows and window sills
Vacuuming and mopping all flooring (may require multiple passes)
Wiping down doors, trim, and baseboards
Deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens
Expectations:
Plan for heavy dust and use the right tools for fine particles. Wear protective gear if needed. Handle construction debris safely.
5. Office & Commercial Cleaning
What It Includes:
Standard Cleaning tasks adapted for office or commercial spaces
Disinfecting shared areas and restrooms
Trash removal and replacing liners
Restocking paper products and soap (if provided by the client)
Expectations:
Be mindful of electronics and sensitive equipment. Follow specific client instructions. Keep disruptions to a minimum.
Cleaning Products & Supplies
CleoCrew members can use their preferred cleaning products. However:
Always confirm if the client has preferences or will provide their own products
Use products that are safe for the surfaces you’re cleaning
If the client has pets or allergies, make sure your products are appropriate
General Expectations for All Cleanings
Be professional. Wear Cleopatra gear and maintain a respectful attitude.
Respect client spaces. Handle items with care and avoid moving personal belongings unless necessary.
Follow time guidelines. Complete the job within the scheduled time unless the client approves more time.
Report issues. If you notice damage, missing items, or hazards, contact Cleopatra support right away.
