Your Cleopatra cleaning is designed to be smooth, stress-free, and satisfying. Here’s exactly what happens from start to finish.

1. Arrival and Setup

Your CleoCrew member will arrive at the scheduled time and check in. If you’re home, they’ll confirm any special notes or requests before starting. If you provided entry instructions, they’ll follow them and get started right away.

2. Cleaning Process

Your CleoCrew member will complete the service type you booked.

Standard Cleaning includes:

  • Dusting and wiping down surfaces

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors)

  • Kitchen cleaning (countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors)

  • Emptying trash bins and light tidying

Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:

  • Scrubbing grout, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas

  • Cleaning inside appliances (microwave, fridge, oven if requested)

  • Wiping door frames and window sills

  • Focused attention on buildup and neglected spots

3. Time Required

There’s no strict time limit. CleoCrew members clean until the job is complete based on what was booked.

If you need extra work done that wasn’t included, contact support through the app to adjust your booking.

4. End of Cleaning and Completion Code

When your CleoCrew member finishes, you’ll receive a completion code through the app.

Before sharing it, take a quick walkthrough to make sure everything looks great.
If something needs attention, kindly let your cleaner know so they can fix it before you confirm.

Once you’re happy, give them the code to officially mark the cleaning as complete.

5. Payment and Tips

Payment is collected ahead of time through the app. Tipping is optional, you can add it after the cleaning in the app or give cash directly to your CleoCrew member.

6. After the Cleaning

You’ll receive a booking summary and payment confirmation in the app. You can rate your CleoCrew member and share feedback to help us maintain quality and reward great service.
