How to Request Special Cleaning Supplies

Want your CleoCrew member to use specific cleaning products or tools? No problem. Whether it’s eco-friendly sprays, scent-free options, or your favorite brand, here’s how to make sure your cleaner uses exactly what you want.

1. Choose “Provide Supplies” When Booking

When scheduling your cleaning in the Cleopatra app, you’ll see an option for who provides the supplies.

To request special products, select Provide Supplies. This tells your CleoCrew member that you’ll be leaving out the cleaning products and tools for them to use.

If you don’t select Provide Supplies, your CleoCrew member will bring their own standard set of supplies to complete the cleaning.

2. Leave Out Your Preferred Products

If you’ve chosen to provide supplies, place them in a visible, easy-to-find spot before your cleaning starts. Your CleoCrew member will use what you’ve set out for them during the visit.

3. Add Notes if You Have Preferences

Have certain products you want used in specific rooms, or ingredients you’d like to avoid? Add those details in the Special Instructions box when booking. You can also message support before your cleaning if you want to clarify anything.
