What CleoCrew Members Will and Will Not Clean

Here’s exactly what our team can and cannot clean during your appointment, so there are no surprises and you know what to expect.

What We Clean

Our Regular Cleaning service focuses on maintaining a clean, livable home. We handle essential areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.

Bedrooms and Living Areas
We make beds with provided linens, wipe down furniture, dust décor, and clean floors to leave the space reset and refreshed.

Bathrooms
We scrub toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs. We clean mirrors, counters, and fixtures, and remove trash to ensure everything is sanitized and presentable.


Kitchen
We clean countertops, sinks, stovetops, and appliance exteriors. We wipe reachable cabinet fronts and remove trash to keep the kitchen orderly.

General Areas
We dust accessible surfaces and baseboards, wipe high-touch areas like switches and handles, and provide light resetting to improve the overall appearance.


Add-On Services (By Request Only)

These services require additional time and must be selected during booking.


Available Add-Ons

  • Inside of fridge or freezer

  • Inside of oven or microwave

  • Inside washer or dryer drum

  • Small appliance cleaning (toaster, coffee maker, blender, air fryer)

  • Detailed baseboard cleaning or wall spot treatment

If an add-on is not booked, it will not be completed.


What We Do Not Clean

To protect both our clients and crew, we do not perform hazardous, structural, or personal tasks.

Health and Safety Risks
We do not clean mold, infestations, biohazards, or bodily fluids.

Heavy or High-Risk Tasks
We do not move large furniture, clean areas requiring ladders, or wash full walls and painted surfaces.

Personal and Sensitive Areas
We do not organize personal belongings, handle valuables, or pack and unpack items.

Outdoor or Non-Standard Spaces
We do not clean garages, attics, basements, patios, exterior windows, or perform outdoor work.


How to Get the Best Clean

  • Clear everyday clutter so surfaces are accessible

  • Secure pets and store valuables

  • Share any priority areas before the appointment
