How to Cancel or Rematch a Booking

We understand plans change. You can manage your booking directly in the app.

Cancel or Rematch in the App

  • Open the Cleopatra app and go to My Bookings

  • Select the appointment you want to change

  • Choose to Cancel or Rematch with a different CleoCrew member

You cannot cancel once a booking is marked In Progress.


Cancellation Policy and Refunds

More than 24 hours before the appointment

  • Full refund to the client

  • No payment to the CleoCrew member

Less than 24 hours before the appointment

  • $20 is kept and paid to the CleoCrew member

  • The rest is refunded to the client

Less than 8 hours before the appointment

  • The CleoCrew member receives half of the total service cost

  • The client is refunded the remaining half

Less than 3 hours before the appointment

  • The CleoCrew member receives the full service cost

  • The client receives no refund

If paid with rewards, refunds are returned to rewards with the same rules applied.
