Cancel or Rematch in the App
Open the Cleopatra app and go to My Bookings
Select the appointment you want to change
Choose to Cancel or Rematch with a different CleoCrew member
You cannot cancel once a booking is marked In Progress.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
More than 24 hours before the appointment
Full refund to the client
No payment to the CleoCrew member
Less than 24 hours before the appointment
$20 is kept and paid to the CleoCrew member
The rest is refunded to the client
Less than 8 hours before the appointment
The CleoCrew member receives half of the total service cost
The client is refunded the remaining half
Less than 3 hours before the appointment
The CleoCrew member receives the full service cost
The client receives no refund
If paid with rewards, refunds are returned to rewards with the same rules applied.
