You can pay using the following options at checkout:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
When You Are Charged
Payment is collected at the time of booking. Your card or mobile payment method will be charged before your cleaning begins.
Recurring Cleanings and Automatic Charges
If you choose a recurring schedule, your bookings will automatically rebook and charge your saved payment method based on your selected frequency:
Daily: Rebooks every day
Weekly: Charged 5 days before each visit
Bi-Weekly: Charged 1 week before each visit
Monthly: Charged 1 week before each visit
Tips and Adjustments
Tipping is optional. You can tip in the app after your cleaning or give cash directly to your CleoCrew member.
If additional services are requested during the visit, any price adjustments will be processed through the app.
Refunds or Billing Issues
If you have a question about a charge or believe something is incorrect, contact support through the app. Our team will review your situation and assist with any necessary refunds.
Cleopatra does not store your payment information. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe.
