What the Coupon Does
Takes 50 percent off your first cleaning, automatically applied to the full cleaning subtotal.
Applies to all cleaning items and add-ons, plus the platform fee.
Does not apply to tips.
Eligibility
Must be a brand-new Cleopatra client.
Can only be redeemed once per household.
Cannot be transferred, reused, or given to another account.
How to Redeem
NEWCOMER can be redeemed only inside the Cleopatra app.
Enter the code on the Payment page during checkout.
The discount must be applied before you finalize your booking.
Support cannot add the code afterward or apply it manually.
Exclusions
The discount applies to everything in the booking except:

Cancellation Rules
If you cancel the booking, the code is not reissued.
If you reschedule the same appointment, the discount stays active.
If Cleopatra cancels due to an issue on our end, we may reinstate the code after review.
Misuse
We may reject or remove the coupon if:
Multiple accounts are created to reuse the offer
The household has already used the NEWCOMER code
Fraud or abuse is detected
