CleoCrew Member Screening

All CleoCrew members are background-checked before joining the platform. While they are independent professionals, each applicant is reviewed to ensure they are responsible, reliable, and capable of delivering respectful service.

Entry and Home Access

If you will not be home during your cleaning, provide secure entry instructions during booking, such as a door code or lockbox location. CleoCrew members arrive only at the scheduled time and are not permitted to save or share access information. If they are unable to enter, they will attempt to contact you and wait up to 15 minutes before reporting the issue to support.

Client Privacy and Property Respect

Your privacy is always respected. CleoCrew members do not open drawers, closets, or cabinets unless specifically requested. We recommend securing valuables such as jewelry, cash, or personal documents before service. Any accidental damage must be reported by the cleaner so we can help resolve it quickly.

Health and Safety Guidelines

Cleaners follow basic hygiene practices and use safe, everyday cleaning supplies. They are not permitted to handle hazardous materials, biohazards, or clean homes with active pest infestations. If a cleaner feels unsafe at any time, they are instructed to leave and notify support immediately.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through the Cleopatra platform. CleoCrew members do not accept direct payment for bookings. Cash tips are optional and left to your discretion.

If something doesn’t feel right or you have questions about your service, contact support through the app. We will respond quickly and make it right.
