Importance of Attendance and Punctuality

Clients count on you to arrive as scheduled and finish within the booked timeframe. Being late or canceling last minute can hurt your reputation and may affect your access to future jobs on Cleopatra.

Arrival Expectations

  • Arrive on time, ideally a few minutes early to set up

  • Review booking details in advance to confirm the address and any client notes

  • If you’re running late, notify both the client and Cleopatra support right away

Late Arrivals

If an unexpected delay happens:

  • Let the client know immediately and give an estimated arrival time

  • Contact Cleopatra support if the delay is significant

  • Repeated lateness can lead to fewer job offers or removal from the platform

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you need to cancel, contact Cleopatra support as soon as possible

  • Avoid canceling last minute — it hurts client trust

  • No-shows (missing a job without notice) can lead to suspension or permanent removal

Best Practices for Staying on Schedule

  • Plan your route ahead and check traffic before leaving

  • Keep your cleaning kit packed and ready to go

  • Stick to the booked time window

  • If a client asks for more time, let them know they can extend the cleaning through Cleopatra

If You Can’t Complete a Job

  • If an emergency comes up, contact Cleopatra support right away

  • If you finish early, double-check your work before leaving to ensure everything’s complete
