1. Pick How Often You Want Cleanings
When booking your cleaning, you’ll see an option to make it recurring. You can choose how often you want your space cleaned:
Daily: every day
Weekly: every week
Bi-Weekly: every two weeks
Monthly: every month
2. Choose Your Preferred Day and Time
Select the day and time that works best for your schedule. Once it’s set, your future cleanings will automatically be booked for you.
3. How Recurring Charges Work
You’ll be charged automatically before each cleaning, based on your schedule:
Daily: charged every day
Weekly: charged 5 days before the next cleaning
Bi-Weekly: charged 1 week before
Monthly: charged 1 week before
This makes sure your CleoCrew member is reserved for your slot and your booking stays confirmed.
4. Make Changes Anytime
Need to pause, cancel, or update your schedule? Go to the My Bookings section in the app to make changes anytime. If you need help, message support in the app and we’ll take care of it for you.
