How to Communicate with the CleoCrew

Talking with your CleoCrew member should feel easy and natural. A little communication goes a long way toward making sure your home is cleaned exactly how you like it.

1. Before the Cleaning

When booking, use the Special Instructions box to share notes or requests. Want extra focus in the kitchen? Don’t like anyone moving certain items? Just say so.

If you won’t be home, add clear entry instructions in your booking details. Picking up loose items and keeping pets in a cozy spot also helps your CleoCrew member move around freely and work efficiently.

You can message your CleoCrew member up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to share details or reminders.

2. During the Cleaning

Say hi, share anything important, and then let them work their magic. You can mention priorities or any small reminders before they start.

If you decide to add extra tasks beyond your original booking, message support through the app so we can adjust it properly. After that, you can relax, your CleoCrew member knows what to do.

3. After the Cleaning

Once the cleaning is done, you’ll receive your completion code in the app. Do a quick walkthrough with your CleoCrew member before giving them the code.

If anything needs a quick fix, let them know, they’ll be happy to touch it up.

You can message your CleoCrew member for up to 24 hours after the cleaning if you need to follow up or leave a thank-you note. After that, messaging closes automatically, and any further questions can go through support.
