Step 1: Start Your Application
Open the CleoCrew app and tap Join the CleoCrew to begin. Enter your email and create a password.
Step 2: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for the 4-digit code and enter it to confirm your email.
Step 3: Add Your Details
Fill in your personal information, including full name, home address, date of birth, and phone number. You may also be asked to upload a profile photo.
Step 4: Sign Required Agreements
Review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement to continue. This explains your role and how you'll get paid.
Step 5: Background Check Process
You’ll see screens showing that your background check is being processed. Once it’s complete, you’ll be notified.
Step 6: Set Up Stripe Connect
Connect to Stripe to receive payments. Enter any required payout details so you can get paid on time.

Step 8: Tell Us How You Found Cleopatra
Select where you first heard about Cleopatra such as TikTok, Instagram, Google, a flyer, or a friend.
Step 9: Welcome to the CleoCrew
Once complete, you’ll see the final welcome screen. You’re officially a CleoCrew member and ready to start accepting cleanings!
