1. In-App Chat

The fastest way to get support is through the Cleopatra app. Open the app, tap the chat icon, and send us a message. We’ll respond as quickly as possible to help you out.

2. Phone Support

For urgent issues, you can also call us directly at +1 (888) 265-4440. If we miss your call, leave a voicemail with your name, the issue, and your booking details. We’ll return your call as soon as possible.

3. In Case of Serious Emergencies

If there’s any kind of danger, such as a fire, medical emergency, or safety concern, call 911 immediately. Once you’re safe, let us know what happened so we can follow up and support you however we can.

Your safety always comes first. If something urgent happens, reach out right away so we can help.
