3. Phone

Prefer to call? You can reach us directly at +1 (888) 265-4440. Our support hours are 9 AM to 9 PM EST every day. We do our best to answer or return every call as soon as possible.

4. Response Time

We respond to most messages within 24 hours. If it’s urgent, the in-app chat or phone line is the fastest way to reach us.
