How to Book Your First Cleaning

Booking your first cleaning with Cleopatra is quick and simple. Just follow these steps in the app.

Step 1: Tap the + Button

After logging in, tap the pink + button in the center of the screen to start a new booking.

Step 2: Select the Date

Choose the day you’d like your CleoCrew to arrive.

Step 3: Choose a Time

Pick a time slot that works best for you. Availability may vary based on the CleoCrew member you choose.

Step 4: Select Your Home Preset

Choose your saved Home Preset to auto-fill your address, room details, and preferences.

Step 5: Pick Your CleoCrew Member

Select the cleaner you prefer. If you don’t have a preference, choose Random and we’ll assign a trusted CleoCrew member for you. If your first choice is unavailable, we’ll match you with someone else.

Step 6: Choose a Plan

Select the cleaning plan that fits your needs such as one-time or standard service.

Step 7: Set Recurring Cleanings (Optional)

Decide if you want this cleaning to repeat automatically. You can cancel or update this anytime in your account.

Step 8: Add Appliances and Add-Ons (Optional)

Choose any extra services like inside oven cleaning, fridge interior, or other detailed tasks.

Step 9: Add Special Instructions (Optional)

Enter notes for your CleoCrew such as “Dog will be in crate” or “Focus on kitchen and floors.”

Step 10: Confirm Your Booking

Tap Confirm to finalize. You’ll receive a confirmation and your booking will appear in the app.
