Step 1: Download the Cleopatra App
Open the App Store or Google Play, search Cleopatra, download the app, and open it to begin.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Enter your email and create a password. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can also choose to receive updates and offers. Tap Continue.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for the 4-digit code. Enter it in the app and tap Continue to confirm your email.
Step 4: Add Your Personal Details
Enter your first and last name. Add your phone number if you’d like to receive reminders or alerts. Tap Continue.
Step 5: Set Your Home Preset
Add your home address. Choose the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and any extra rooms like an office or basement. Tap Continue.
Step 6: Supplies and Pets
Choose if Cleopatra should bring cleaning supplies or if you will provide them. Let us know if you have pets so your CleoCrew is prepared. Tap Continue.
Step 7: How You Found Cleopatra
Select where you heard about us such as TikTok, Instagram, Google, Flyer, Friend, or Other. Tap Continue.
Step 8: Complete Setup
Your account is ready. Tap Get Started to book your first cleaning and experience Cleopatra.
