How to Get Ready for Your Cleaning

A little preparation helps our CleoCrew focus on cleaning, not organizing, and ensures you get the best possible results.

Step 1: Clear Everyday Clutter

Pick up clothes, toys, dishes, or paperwork so we can reach surfaces and floors. You don’t need to pre-clean. Just make space so we can do our job.

Step 2: Secure Pets

Keep pets in a separate room or crate during your cleaning. If there’s shedding or recent accidents, let us know so we can come prepared.

Step 3: Make Sure We Can Get In

If you won’t be home, provide entry instructions, door codes, or lockbox details in your booking notes. If you're in a gated community, arrange access ahead of time.

Step 4: Share Any Priorities

If there’s an area you want extra attention on or something you'd like us to skip, include it in your notes or tell your cleaner at the start. Deep Cleaning is coming soon for full top-to-bottom resets.

Step 5: Check Utilities

Make sure running water and electricity are available. We need both to vacuum, mop, and sanitize effectively.

Step 6: Point Out Fragile Areas

If there are delicate surfaces or valuable items, let us know. We handle homes with care, and details help us do it right.

Step 7: That’s It! Relax and Let Us Work

Once the basics are done, your role is complete. We’ll take it from there and leave your home feeling refreshed. If you need to make changes or have questions, contact support before your appointment.
