How CleoCrew Payments Are Processed
At Cleopatra, getting paid is simple and reliable. CleoCrew members receive payouts every Monday for all jobs completed before the weekly cutoff.
How It Works
Weekly Payouts (Every Monday)
Payments are sent once a week on Monday at 9:00 AM ET. Each payout includes all jobs completed on or before the previous Thursday at 11:59 PM ET.
Jobs done Friday through Sunday roll into the following Monday’s payout.
After You Complete a Job
When you finish a cleaning, it’s added to your Earnings as “Pending.”
No money is sent immediately — those earnings will be included in your next Monday payout if they meet the cutoff date.
You’ll see:
Pending: Jobs waiting for your next payout
Next Payout: Total amount you’ll receive on Monday
Paid Out: History of past Monday payouts with dates and totals

Refunds and Disputes
If a refund or dispute happens before payout, that job’s payment is removed.
If it happens after payout, the amount will be deducted from your next Monday payment.
Tips
Tips always follow the job they’re linked to. If a job misses the Thursday cutoff, its tip rolls to the next payout. You’ll always receive 100% of your tips.
Payment Confirmation
When your payment is sent on Monday, you’ll receive a notification in the app. Funds typically appear in your bank account within a few business days, depending on your bank.
